Microsoft is Planning to get rid of Bing by Selling it to Facebook..?

According to the latest rumors, Microsoft is planning to Sell its search engine Bing to Facebook. They launched Bing to break Google’s monopoly but still they were unable to do it. Still about 60% of the search market is controlled by Google. Bing did manage to beat Yahoo and become the second largest search engine. Now Yahoo is using Bing to power its search.

But beating Google seems to be really difficult at this moment because according to Barrons.com, Microsoft is loosing $2.5 billion a year because of Bing. So, Microsoft will greatly benefit from this deal.

They are planing to sell Bing in exchange for more Facebook shares. The power and the data from the world’s largest social network might be able to give better personalized search results and challenge Google. But, Google will have their own plans! It’s really hard to take them down now!
